Make a exercise habit

Make a exercise habit by regular exercise and physical activity are important to the physical and mental health of almost everyone, including older adults. Being physically active can help you continue to do the things you enjoy and stay independent as you age. Regular physical activity over long periods of time can produce long-term health benefits. That’s why health experts say that older adults should be active every day to maintain their health.
Make a habit of exercise for healty active morning
2 ) Go for a 15 Minute Walk Outdoors Every Morning Rain, Snow, or Shine.
3) Window Shop Downtown (No Unplanned Buying) at Least Every Week.
4) Work in the Yard / Garden at Least 15 Minutes Every Day.
5) Go on a Bike Ride.
6) Play with Your Kids and/or Pets Every Day.
7) Go to a Park (Zoos and Museums Count Too) at Least Every Week
8) Go for a Hike.
9 ) Play "Catch" with Someone Else or Yourself.
10) Play a Sport You Love (Bowling Counts if You Play by Yourself).
11) Get into Woodworking and Work on a Project.
12) Get into Masonry and Work on a Project.
13) Restore and Refinish Old Used Furniture without Using Stripping Chemicals.
14) Remodel Your House Yourself.
15) Restore an Old Used Automobile.
16) Go on a Row Boat Outing (Kayaks, Canoes, Rafts, etc. Count too).
17) Go Skiing or Boarding (Downhill, Cross Country, Water Skiing).
Go Sledding.
18) Go Rock Climbing.
19) Practice Martial Arts at Least Every Week (Self Defense Classes Count).
20) Go Swimming.
21) Play at the Beach (No Sun Bathing, Cover Up).
22) Create an Artistic Masterpiece (Painting, Ceramics, etc.) while Standing Up (No Sitting).
23) Dance (Try Dance Classes).
24) Learn to Play Percussion Instruments (Drums, Piano, Xylophone, etc.)
25) Learn to Play a String Instrument with a Bow (Violin, Cello, etc.).
26) Take up Acting (Try Joining an Acting Class or a Local Play).
27) Take up Gymnastics.
28) Volunteer at a Preschool or Kindergarten.
29) Volunteer to Clean Up a Neighbourhoods.
30) Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
31) Volunteer at a Food Bank or Soup Kitchen.

Regular exercise and physical activity can reduce the risk of developing some diseases and disabilities that develop as people grow older. In some cases, exercise is an effective treatment for many chronic conditions. For example, studies show that people with arthritis, heart disease, or diabetes benefit from regular exercise. Exercise also helps people with high blood pressure, balance problems, or difficulty walking.
Without the right amount of energy and the ability to manage stress, sales results will suffer. There is nothing better to increase energy and manage stress than exercise. Within our sales coaching programs, we are often asked for support outside of just sales to achieve incredible results. Often, fitness and working out, is a topic that pops up.
